Compliance and Customization Policy

This policy sets forth rules governing export compliance, anti-bribery, and OEM/ODM custom production, and applies to all international orders and custom business.

1. Export Control Compliance

We strictly comply with applicable export control laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and the destination countries/regions, including but not limited to the Export Control Law of the PRC, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), and the EU Dual-Use Items Regulation. Prior to any export, we verify whether an export license is required and ensure that all declaration information is true, accurate, and complete.

2. Sanctioned Countries and Regions

We do not export products or provide services to countries, regions, entities, or individuals sanctioned by the United Nations, the United States, the European Union, or other applicable authorities. Customers must ensure that purchased products are not directly or indirectly resold, transshipped, or delivered to sanctioned countries/regions or sanctioned entities; otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the order or terminate the contract.

3. End Users and End Use

Customers must truthfully declare the end users and end use of the products. Our products must not be used in the development, production, or maintenance of weapons of mass destruction (nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons) and their delivery systems, must not be used for military purposes (unless the corresponding export license is obtained), and must not be used in any activity that violates international law or the laws of the destination country. We reserve the right to request an End-User Certificate (EUC) and end-use documentation from customers.

4. Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption

We strictly prohibit any form of bribery and corruption, including but not limited to: (1) offering, promising, or authorizing any improper benefit to government officials or business personnel to obtain or retain business; (2) accepting bribes or kickbacks from suppliers, customers, or partners; (3) engaging in bribery indirectly through third parties; (4) issuing false invoices, falsifying expenses, or maintaining off-the-books funds for bribery.

5. Gifts and Entertainment

Our employees may accept or provide customary and reasonable business gifts and entertainment, provided that: (1) the value is reasonable and does not influence, and is not intended to influence, the counterparty's business decisions; (2) it is not cash or a cash equivalent; (3) it complies with applicable local laws and the counterparty organization's gift policy; (4) it is accurately recorded and approved in accordance with company policies. Any gift or entertainment that could be construed as bribery must be refused.

6. Third-Party Due Diligence and Reporting

We conduct reasonable due diligence before engaging third parties such as agents, distributors, customs brokers, and logistics providers. Third parties must comply with the anti-bribery requirements of this policy. We encourage employees, customers, and partners to report violations through the company email or designated channels, and we keep whistleblower information strictly confidential. Confirmed violations are handled in accordance with company policies.

7. OEM/ODM Service Scope

OEM customization: The customer provides product drawings, specifications, or samples; we manufacture to the customer's requirements and may apply the customer's specified branding, packaging, and shipping marks.

ODM customization: The customer provides product requirements or functional descriptions; we complete product design, tooling, and production. Intellectual property ownership is determined by mutual agreement. Custom products include flanges, elbows, tees, reducers, valves, and other pipe fittings.

8. Customization Process and Technical Documentation

Custom business follows this process: customer provides requirements, drawings, or samples → we conduct technical evaluation and provide a quotation → both parties confirm technical parameters, pricing, delivery lead time, and payment terms → customer pays the advance payment and mold fee (if applicable) → we produce samples → customer confirms samples in writing → mass production → shipment after inspection passes. Customers must provide complete and accurate technical documentation and warrant that such materials do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.

9. Sampling and Tooling Fees

Custom products typically require sample preparation for customer confirmation first. Sample lead time is generally 10–20 working days; complex products are negotiated separately. Mass production may commence only after the customer confirms the samples in writing. If modifications are requested by the customer after confirmation, the customer bears any additional costs and delivery delays resulting from such changes. If new tooling is required, the customer pays the mold fee; the mold is owned by the customer and stored by us. When cumulative order volume reaches the agreed quantity, the mold fee may be refunded or credited as agreed.

10. Custom Order Terms

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products is determined by product type and process complexity, confirmed at the time of quotation. Payment is typically 50% advance (including mold fee), balance before shipment. Delivery lead time is calculated from the date the advance payment is received and the sample is confirmed, typically 30–60 days. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced, and no returns or exchanges are accepted for non-quality-related issues.

11. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

In OEM customization, intellectual property rights in drawings, brand logos, and packaging designs provided by the customer belong to the customer. In ODM customization, if we complete the product design, IP ownership is determined by mutual agreement; failing such agreement, it belongs to us. Both parties are obligated to keep confidential the other party's technical data and business information obtained during cooperation and must not disclose it to any third party without written consent. The confidentiality obligation survives the termination of cooperation.

12. Quality and Acceptance of Custom Products

The quality and acceptance of custom products are governed by the samples, drawings, and standards confirmed by both parties. Before shipment, we inspect products to the agreed standards and can provide a Material Test Certificate (MTC) and inspection report. Customers may arrange third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, BV, TUV) before shipment, at the customer's expense. The warranty for custom products is limited to defects in materials and workmanship; issues arising from designs or technical parameters provided by the customer are not covered.
