Export compliance and anti-bribery policies

1. Export compliance

Customers should ensure that imported products comply with local laws, technical standards, customs regulations and import regulatory requirements of the destination country.

2. Restricted use

The products we supply must not be used for illegal purposes, nor may they be resold or transferred to restricted parties, sanctioned countries, or prohibited purposes where prohibited by applicable law.

3. Documents and declarations

Where applicable, we can provide export documents agreed upon by both parties, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, test reports or inspection documents. Destination import licensing and regulatory approval are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Anti-bribery

We do not tolerate bribery, corruption, illegal rebates or improper payments. Customers, agents and partners shall not provide or solicit undue benefits in any transaction.

5. Trade terms

All trade terms, delivery obligations and transfer of risks shall be confirmed in writing, and it is recommended to refer to the Incoterms agreed by both parties.
